Program Manager
We are seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and coordination for technology transformation initiatives. This individual will ensure the successful delivery of the program's objectives, including improving patient outcomes, enhancing operational efficiency, and optimizing resource utilization.
Responsibilities:
- Create program governance framework, including program steering committees, project management processes, and governance boards.
- Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a comprehensive program charter, including program objectives, scope, deliverables, timeline, budget, and resource requirements.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive program plan that aligns with the overall strategic objectives.
- Identify and manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.
- Monitor and report on program progress, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of program deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
- Manage program performance and ensure that resources are utilized effectively to achieve program objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to address the impact of the modernization program on the organization.
- Identify and manage resistance to change, ensuring that stakeholders are engaged and supportive of the program.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to keep them informed of program progress and changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, and external partners.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for the program.
- Address stakeholder concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Must Haves – Required Education, Certifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, information systems, or related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- 8+ years' experience as a Program Manager
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading IT programs in a healthcare or public sector environment.
- Proven track record of successful program delivery, including experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and best practices.

Hybrid: Client Site (Baltimore, MD) and Remote
